My health coach Linda, from Osara has been incredibly helpful in explaining the “what and why” of chemotherapy. I am not someone who becomes overwhelmed by a diagnosis, and I believed I understood the impact of chemotherapy. However, my understanding was basic, and my health coach was able and willing to fill in all the gaps for me. Her scheduled calls were always on time, and her patient inquiries about my well-being helped me understand that chemotherapy is not easy for anyone and that my symptoms were typical.
