I was approached at the start of my illness by Osara and asked if I was willing to partake in the health coaching program, I was diagnosed with a terminal illness 3 months earlier and things were really up in the air with my life, I was scared, confused and cranky. I went for some tests and went home that night with my world, plans and dreams shattered and did not know which way to turn. My Health Coach could certainly help with a lot of the issues surrounding my illness and dealing with it including side affects, fitness and nutrition, it all adds up and helps your mental stability and in turn your health. I would highly recommend anyone in a similar situation to take full use if possible of their services.

I am now not cured but scans are clear and treatment working as it should. I am planning my future again and can make some plans for travel and ticking off some dreams.
