Osara Health is pleased to announce its achievement of SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 certification, aligning with our unwavering commitment to data security gold standards.

Furthermore, this commitment has been firmly integrated into the core values of our organization, marking the latest milestone in our pursuit of data security compliance.

There are two types of SOC reports:

  • Type I describes a vendor’s systems and whether their design is suitable to meet relevant trust principles.
  • Type II details the operational effectiveness of those systems.

System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 reports are independent third-party examination reports that demonstrate how an organization achieves key compliance controls and objectives. SOC 2 reports are based on the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) existing Trust Services Criteria (TSC). The purpose of the report is to evaluate an organization’s information systems relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

This compliance reaffirms our position as a trusted partner in the healthcare industry, offering innovative solutions and services while maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance.
