Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to support and execute across a broad range of B2B marketing initiatives. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, enjoys variety, and is comfortable owning multiple channels and projects concurrently.
You will play a central role in building and executing scalable marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, support commercial growth, and deepen engagement with our key partner audiences. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong execution skills and sound judgment. For the right candidate, we value proactivity and drive over a perfect resume.
Role and Responsibilities
Events & Conferences
- Plan and manage the annual B2B conference and events calendar
- Oversee end to end process for speaker submissions including facilitating speakers, agendas and talking points.
- Produce event collateral including graphics, slide templates, and signage
- Draft press releases tied to sponsored or hosted events
- Represent Osara Health at industry conferences with customers and prospects
- Repurpose conference content into blogs, clips, and social posts
Thought Leadership
- Manage the LinkedIn company page – scheduling, organic campaigns, and follower growth
- Ghostwrite executive articles, op-eds, LinkedIn posts, and award submissions
- Design infographics, data reports, and branded content to drive visual storytelling
- Amplify media coverage and award wins; pitch bylines to trade and mainstream press
- Align executive thought leadership with sales narratives and active deal cycles
- Support sales team with owned podcast episodes and promotion
Demand Generation
- Build and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads
- Develop messaging tailored to key buyer personas (e.g. VP Benefits, Sales, Chief Medical Officer)
- Write nurture email sequences, landing page copy, and gated assets (whitepapers, case studies)
- Design and A/B test landing pages and email templates
- Partner with sales to ensure smooth MQL handoff and support pipeline reviews
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Build targeted account lists and run 1:1 and 1:few campaigns for insurer and employer prospects
- Create personalised ad creative and account-specific landing pages
- Write tailored outreach content, one-pagers, and case studies per account or segment
- Attend customer and prospect meetings; present marketing plans and requirements
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Own HubSpot marketing – build workflows, campaign tracking, email templates, and lifecycle comms
- Write triggered email sequences to support MQL-to-SQL conversion and member marketing engagement
- Ensure CRM data accurately reflects insurer and health system account segmentation
- Track PR coverage
SEO & Website
- Manage website messaging to clearly communicate value propositions for insurer and employer segments
- Write SEO-optimised blogs and website copy targeting health tech and insurer audiences
- Manage paid search with keyword strategy aligned to digital health buyer intent
- Maintain the digital newsroom and ensure media coverage is linked and indexed
- Gather customer language and feedback to continuously sharpen website positioning
Social Media
- Manage and grow the LinkedIn company page through organic scheduling and paid campaigns
- Write and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Create short-form video briefs, social graphics, and carousel content
- Amplify media wins and award coverage across owned social channels
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Co-ordinate co-marketing campaigns with insurer partners
- Design and write co-branded materials – joint case studies, partner spotlights, and co-authored guides
- Draft and issue joint press releases with insurer and employer partners
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for strategic partners and maintain those relationships
- Develop member marketing campaigns for insurer partners
Product Marketing
- Run campaigns tied to product launches and feature releases
- Write product one-pagers, battlecards, ROI calculators, and sales enablement decks
- Translate clinical and product language into clear, buyer-facing value propositions
- Partner with product and sales teams to ensure launch messaging reflects real customer pain points
Analytics & Reporting
- Report on campaign performance
- Build dashboards and data visualisations to track performance across channels
- Write weekly marketing emails for the team, quarterly board summaries, and All Hands presentations
- Track share of voice and media coverage metrics against PR KPIs
Skills & Experience
Required
- 2–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role within a digital health company
- Demonstrated experience marketing to health insurers, carriers, or employer benefits buyers
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously in a startup or scale-up environment
- Strong written communication skills – comfortable writing for executives, customers, and the web
- Proficiency in HubSpot (campaign management, workflows, and reporting)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Confident working autonomously with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Exposure to WordPress for content publishing and web updates
Preferred
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SurferSEO, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge of Hubspot
- Design skills using Canva or Figma
- Experience with PR workflows and media coordination (e.g. PRNewswire)
Remuneration
- Annual salary range: A$110-130k, based on skills and experience
